As far as polishing the runner goes, this can be and has been debated to no end as far as I've seen.
Those things are minor under normal circumstances. But still, my point was if those thingsare enough of an issue to pertain to polishing above the injectors, you have more serious problems than where to polish.



And while you could argue the polishing thing all you want, there is plenty of info to be found, and there is a way its been done for considerable time because it is a good compromise between the two.

we actually get 1-2of positive manifold pressure on our its car, so the ping pong works
