I can't say I have heard of him. Really rare because I try to know a little bit of every single rotary engine drag racer from east to west and north to south
Judge Ito, I talked to my guy David Biggers again and asked if he knew of anyone up in your area. He mentioned a very close friend of his George Torres. BTW, he just dyno'd 543 rwhp with a peripheral port in his Rx-3. His car is the red Rx-3 in the banner of this link http://www.lafiebre.net/frontpage.htm Also, he just tore down my Hayes Rotary POS rebuild and I will be posting a thread on what was found. I am wasn't surprised to hear what he found. Basically a trashed out engine with old seals, tore up front plate, shot bearings...........and much more !

I've talked to David, he seems like a really nice guy. I bought some apex seals and stuff from him about a year ago. I think at the time he was thinking of selling his race car. He was running something crazy like 40psi of boost on it and the stock Mazda seals.

Exactly ! Stock mazda seals. Now he just built and installed a peripheral ported motor and dyno'd at 543 rwhp !! His car only weighs 1700 pds.

Small world, I don't know David but I do know a guy that was helping him with his engines. I took a group of 10 cars and racers to Lakeland Florida 2 years ago and saw his Rx3 running that day. His engine building friends nickname is "Bori" ask him about his friend that use to help him 2 years ago. and tell him about that Race where we had 10 race cars from up north in a North vs South import drag race event in Lakeland Florida. He should remember. I told you I know a little bit of every rotary engine drag racing rotorhead
