Pics of my first port

Dremmel no templates. Just a good eye. Idles pretty solid and spools the s5 turbo so quickly!! I have 600 miles on it now. I used a dremmell and a mircometer to make sure things were as close to the same size as i could get them. The rotor housings I bought had been ported by a company that has a great rep, but the ports were ****!!! The trailing edge wasn't tapered at all, just a straight edge was left to kill apex seals, and to top it off it wasn't even straight. I matched the exhaust sleve then brought the face of the port down in to a gental radius. Than gave it a 2mm bevel on the closing part of the port so the apex seal has a smother closing transition. When I did the intake ports I colored the plate with a a sharpie, then put a side seal in a rotor and rotated it past the port. As it passes the side seal scribed in the ink where the side seal moves. Then I added timming opening the port earlier but leavin the side seal supported 100% of the time. I spent most of my time on back cutting the port to make a smoth transition for the air into the cumbustion chamber. Then on the closing edge i opened it up far enough to get a perfect scate board ramp into the cumbustion chamber. Hopeing it gives me 250whp on the stock s5 turbo.

Cool thanks! I studdied your perfect ports and was hoping to get them as nice as yours, but I was on a time crunch I only had 48 hours to unstack, port, clearance everything, restack it, and get it running. Mind you my engine hoist it a tow rope and my back!
