Does anyone have any idea of the peak combustion pressures for a NA 13B and a Turbo?
|
I would like to know this also.
I have an idea for an exhaust evauation system using an air pump and some check valves. The idea is to pump fresh air into the chamber after the exhaust port opens until just before the intake port opens to lessen intake charge dilution. This should make for better low end power. |
i looked in my little silver book and it doesnt say anything about it?

actually the diluted charge helps with emissions, its a poor mans egr valve.

Where can I get one of those? |
as soon as i figure out where that book i have from the emmanuel dude is ill take a look.

The diluted charge hurts emissions (HC and CO) under light loads by increasing misfire and requiring a richer A/F. The "poor man's EGR" effect can help under heavier loads by reducing NOx but probabaly still doesn't help with HC and CO.
