Are there any good sites to order Mazda or OEM engine rebuld parts online? I know of atkinsrotary.com and mazdatrix. I need parts for a full rebuild. Any other places I should look?

rotaryaviation.com has very good prices and they sell a complete rebuild kit. I just ordered one from them.

I am hopefully going to be running an s4 engine with s5 rotors. I know I need an s4 gasket kit, but will the s4 rotor parts fit the s5 rotors? I havent seen any evidence they wont but I want to be sure if I get a full kit. So far Im looking at Rotary Aviation as my first choice for parts. The s4 and s5 kits are the same price Im just not sure which one to get.

check out the np.com store for prices too, make sure you have a factory service manual printed out or available and get the atkins rebuild video.

Get the one for the s4, it will come with the o ring for the front cover which is differnt for the s5 and up. All the other internal o rings, seals and springs are the same. Rotary Aviation uses fd corner seal springs and fc side seal springs for all their rebuild kits.

dont use a gasket on teh front cover on teh s4, it spaces the oil line too far which is already dangerous leaveing this out will atlest give u some clerance, just use some silione aroudnthe area.

How does quality compare between Atkins, Rotary Avation, and Mazdatrix? An almost identical kit costs $870 from Atkins, $922.25 from RA, and $1234.28 from Mazdatrix! And the Mazdatrix kit I peiced together doesnt have all of the parts that the other two have. It has all of the important stuff but I didnt add in a few things like the thermo pellet, thrust bearing and oil pump chain. How can mazdatrix be so expensive?
