One More Porting Question

How critical is it to get the ports of the front and rear rotors exactly the same size? Would say a difference of 1mm affect the performance of the engine?

if you were going for that extra 1% probably, if not i doubt you would notice

I doubt it but I would keep them matched up as much as possible.

Are you following a template?

Yeah, I had a template. I read someone's comment from down under and he said if you don't get the ports exactly alike, the engine is very hard to tune. So I was just curious.
