I am now marketing a new oil additive, TX-7. Its is an exclusive metal-treating formula and oil fortifier that bonds to surface contact points of metal components, reducing engine friction dramatically, diminishing engine drag and lowering operating temperatures. We have been using it in the shop for years with great success on a wide variety of street and race applications. Using it on my own rx7s I have noticed an instantly smoother idle, verifed on a haltech ems. I have yet to prove it, but I am convinced there is a reduction in turbo lag and a slight increase in hp. The engines we have torn down that have used this treatment also show considerably less wear, and combined with the performance coatings I offer, I have not even been able to measure any wear in engine bearings.

I am sending a bottle to BDC in the morning to see what he thinks. Hopefully he can give you guys some feedback. I know its hard for anyone to believe that there is a " snake oil" that actually works...

Price is still to be determined, but its not going to be cheap.

How much additive are we talking about at oil change time?

Correct, once every 6 months. The majority of it does not drain out when you change your oil, it actually bonds to your lubrication system.

Any EMPERICAL EVIDENCE to support your claims?

Back to back dyno tests?, oil analysis (from a independent testing facility), EPA Test Loop Data?

Im with banzai on this one. I want to see some real data with proper controls. Statistics can say whatever you want them to.

Does this additive contain teflon like most(all?) of the similar treatments out there? If so, how does it deal with the oil burning nature of a rotary?

Guys, quit trying to **** on his thread.

Maybe we need to give people the benefit of the doubt more often.

If he says it works. Why not just believe him?

Do you actually read what you type? People have been tauting miracle oil additves since oil was used in the firsst IC Engiines. the FTC reguliaring comes down on various companies for the EXACT SAME CLAIMS this member is making with NO PROOF. Like the man says: SHOW ME THE MONEY!
