I'm going to be ordering some more parts from mazdaformance.com, and in inquiring about there prices they mentioned they had the stock stat bearings (fc3s), and oversize bearings part number N350-10-E02. anyone know what these are? they any good? there pretty cheap...

Oversize bearings are for when the bearing journal on the crank or ecc shaft needs to be ground down to remove grooves or whatever. Those bearings wont fit a stock ecc shaft.

So if you can grind the e-shaft just like a crank, can you offset grind the journals for the rotors to give more displacement?.......

No. All you would to is make the rotors hit the housings.
