Are all the ports going to be flowing all the time? Would there be any benifits of the PP coming online at a specific rpm ?( kinda like the 5-6 ports)

Wow Judge, that's some excellent work.

You made the bridge pretty skinny, what do you figure it is, 2mm?

I suppose that won't matter as much though on a race engine, where the lifespan of the bridge isn't as important as making big power (and a different part would probably let go before the bridge cracks on a drag race engine).

Seeing a thread like this makes me reconsider going full bridge on my 20BT and doing something like this. Ahh, I'll probably stick to what I know and go full bridge only, but hey, maybe if I learn about p-ports a bit more and get a bit more money, I should give it a try
