:smirk: You beat me, ahahha! Yea were gonna try this, probably but Atkins rebuild vid and some streetport templates, probably from RacingBeat. Gonna try and get the engines from junkyard or over the net. rebuild kits are about $400 right? Try and sell the rebuilt engine for like 1000-1200, that should go over well. I have no idea if we will warranty them tho, would tell ppl they would for sure start though.

Don't forget to factor in other costs, like new housings and such. If there is a profit to be made, it's probably pretty slim.

I don't think it would be profitable. Why would I buy an engine from some guy of the net I have never heard of when I can get a my 13B-T rebuilt with new houisings and a street port by Don Marvel for $2800.

You can probably make more money just rebuilding engines for locals, especially if you get to know people in the local 'street racing' scene. Once you buy all the needed tools, a decent profit can be made, charging them for labour.

What kind of tools would we need to rebuilt these? Anything special beyond normal tools? Only thing i can think of is maybe a stand, pilot bearing puller, porting templates, micrometer, and a rebuild vid.
