Any relaible fix that doesn't involve a complete tear down for an exhaust insert that's only being held in by a single roll pin?

Maybe drill a hole in the insert and thread the hole in the housing.
Then hold it with a buttonhead screw. |

What do you mean by this answer? Do you care to elaborate? (well I just spent my $10 word for today. hahaha) What I did was drill a hole and tapped threads partially into the sleeve at the bottom and used a threaded hex plug to keep it all together. Used a dot of JB weld on the threads and it has held up for 3 months daily driven. |
