Looking for 4-bolt wastegate blockoff

I've bee looking around trying to find a blockoff Plate for a 4-Bolt wastegate flange, i haven't found anything other than the 2-bolt pattern.
Anybody know where to get one? Or if they exist? otherwise i'll just have to make my own i guess.
