Carlos Lopez of CLR Motorsports in Miami FL is where I sent mine to. Never happier with the results. He has a new machine that offers very fine resolution without extra setup time and so it is very good in my book.

Give him a call.

the weight loss depends on the rotor you start with (s5's get lighter than the gsl-se's)

cost depends on who you send it to, and what you have done (balancing + lightening + champhering + buying new parts)

Keep in mind that starting with s5 rotors is not recommended. Some of the above listed companies including CLR Motorsports will not lighten s5 rotors without significant cost increase because of the lack of materials and inherant weaknesses that they have to begin with. I have mine lightened to s5/6 specs and thats great. Lightening is like 375 and balancing is 400.

You can make the decision if it is worth your money or not. If you are reving the motor to above 8k its great for your bearings. if not, consider it like lightening your flywheel. About the same affect + Smooth as butter when running. I have solid motor mounts and this car feels like it has stock motor mounts it runs soo smooth.
