Ok, so why 4 port irons? Is it like I said before more porting options?
And I think after I get an FMIC I will be turning up the stock turbo to 10 psi, but even If I get a new turbo wouldn't an rtek or a stand alone be able to tune and compinsate for the higher compression? Thanks. |
pretty much 4 port irons have more room for porting, 6 ports are pretty much at there limit from factory, how ever ya can do a small amount with them,
you can only compensate so much for your higher compresion before ya fuel will just start to ignite on its own, hence why people run 96 octane in turbo cars instead of 91 |
