basically what you nee d to do is where the water seal gets cut in the edge of the groove is to drill a hole approx 3to 4 mm deep and drift in a pin into the hole ive used a cut off peice of 4 inch nail in the past make sure its flush with the edge of the housing once the pin is in place cut the water seal so the edges butt up against the edge of the pins when assembling use a good silicon sealant around the port area make sure the silicon is fuel resistant as some silicones will deteriate with the fuel mix

What's everyone's favourite sealant to use with J-ports?

Hylomar for the water seal ends and mating surfaces?

or Rubber Silicon sealant for the water seal ends and hylomar for the mating surfaces

or Rubber Silicon sealant for both?

I've heard mixed results...
