If you want something done, you've gotta do it yourself right?! Well as someone who is fairly new to the rotary scene, but is mechanically inclined, would I be better off rebuilding the 13b myself or bringing it to a shop. If you think I should take it to a rotary specialist please point me in the right direction. Somewhere in Jersey, preferably. Thanks in advance.

I'd do it yourself, it will be funner. rebuilding a rotary is not hard at all compared to a piston, its basically tear down, clean, measure, replace outa spec parts, put back together in reverse order.
