Thanks

Do you know if you can use a smooth type rotor and a machined look rotor in the same motor?

pretty much this is how it works s5,6,7,8 and cosmo13b,20b rotors are all the same.

s4 ones have a cast surface in the combustion chamber(coffin), s5 and onwards have a machined surface, often these machined ones have some machining lines left on them and others dont they come out smooth.

so from what your saying then yeah ya can, but just check the combustion chamber (coffin) to make sure that its not an s4 rotor

sweet, 1 has smooth look to it but a machined coffin and the other looks fully machined,

I'll use them both and see how it goes, this is my 1st motor build so im not expecting anything to flash

like i said if its machined he'll be sweet ,but if its cast they wont work together, its pretty easy to tell the difference between a machined surface and a cast one
