Where do you go to get a rotor balanced after you do a few things to it with a dremel?

as in engine rotor?....or brake rotor?





i think Racing Beat still balances engine rotors... i don't know you'd find a shop to do it other than them.

Engine rotor, of course. Mazdatrix will balance a rotating ***'y for 190 + shipping but I'm exploring other options.
