i believe S4 rotors have a cast look to them as opposed to a machined look on the S5. Confused?? i was till i had them both in front of me...

The S4 are cast, but this is only visible in the bathtub (combustion chamber), the S5 are machined there as well; you can usually feel this through the exhaust port.

Really you should get the whole engine re-balanced as an assembly.
