it seems like you guys talk about the engines blowing alot, and then reusing the parts from the old one? well typically when something blows what all can be reused? and on a side note when you say replace the oil every few miles or so, do you mean completely changing all the oil or just adding more to it. (if i remember reading right the oil is burnt during the combustion cycyle)

reusing parts (housings, bearings rotors, ect.) can only be determined as "reuseable" if they measure out to spec, and don't have any abnormal wear on them. oil change is self explanitory......

Depends on 2 factors:

1: How big of an ******* was/is he?

2: How many miles did the car have in the first place?

All depends who built and tuned the motor also. Some tuners will leave the motor at 18ATDC even if it makes similar power @ 14ATDC, which leaves you closer to the limit. More potential for disaster, I guess you could say.

Yea, they either blow apex seals through the exhaust or they die slowly from a coolant or oil leak.
