Now i'm rebuilding me motor now. i need advice. I coldn't find unformation about dimensions the e-shaft (original)

i wanna check my e-shaft but don't have size of new one.

I really need this dimensions (foto) of new e-shaft mazda rx-8 (2003 year) HP MT

Perhaps, does smb have some information about e-shaft inspection. RX-8

I didn't find exact size of e-shaft.

 

Rx8 crank has 4 lightening holes in each rotor journal, all earlier cranks have 3. Other than that, basically the same as an FD crank, aside from a little extra bearing clearance.

I disassembled the engine and inspected my e-shaft and rotors.

Apex seals are OK.

But i've some problems with rotor housing (rear rotor).

I have no idea what is it.....

Does anybody know what happend here (foto)

Spark plug heat range was too hot, and/or water cooling system wasn't up to the job.
