Maybe I just don't get out much but I have never seen a tourque wrench that goes to 360 ft/lbs. Mine just go to 80-100. Me and my pops always just chained 12a's down and hopped on a nearly 3 foot long 2 1/2" or 2 3/4" wrench I can't remember which... Whatever the flywheel nut is.



I have seen another method with air. Torque it down as high as you can go with a torque wrench. Then hit it for 5-10 minutes with air. You will be deaf but it will not come off ever muahuahahah

yeah thats what i did, and it was close to where it was before so i kept going, is that 360lbsft?

I always used an impact gun from Snap-on. Says on it if you hold it for a number of seconds, it tell you how much torque is tighting too, (the instruction book that is). I have torque that thing for 15sec, that's enougt

i used like 4 foot of pipes and me pushing on with my foot. never had one come off yet lol
