Carb'd 6 Port Turbo

Hey guys,
I'm planning on building up a turbo 13B for a swap. I would like to know the feasability of taking a 6 port motor and adding a Webber 48 Ida (or other carb, not really the point) and turbocharging it. Of course, I would use lower compression rotors, as well. I know a Haltech setup on a Turbo 2 woukd be better (and would be my first choice), but it would also be considerably more expensive. Let me know what you think.
