The title sounds like technical jargon for taking a warm **** but anyway...

Has anyone here used the atkins thermal pellet? In theory it sounds great. I know the stock thermal pellets can fail in the closed position and be detrimental to oil flow. For 8.5 +shipping it sounds great, I just wanted to know from some one's experience.

Works fine. I normally use five M7 flat washers to perform the same job but definitely worthwhile in my opinion. I do this modification to every single engine I build.
