Hey I need some info on a rear housing at the bottom of the engine, I happen to pull my oil pan and I notice that my rear housing appears look like it had a small crack on it but it's weir looking sort of round and small crack but it's coming down on the housing. I took a snap shot at it with a phone camera when I get some tomorrow I will try to upload to forum. The fron housing seem fine but the back is what got me thinking about my motor.

What engine is this? I can go look in the garage if it happens to be a S4 TII or a S5 N/A... but I'd imagine it's an FD?
