As some have seen in the 2nd gen forum i plan on going full bridge in my N/A.

I need help with the porting (which i will be doing myself) i cannot find any templates.

If anyone has these templates they could lend, or direct me where i can get them.

Any help is greatly appreciated TIA.

You can't find any cause there aren't any. use the fricking search button damnit... Ito did one a long time ago it beat a t2, but was wrecked before he could dyno it. he might have something but i doubt it.

Or just take a look at the one I have posted up. Netted me 225 to the wheels.

https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif any video or sound? how is it holding up? the bridges are very narrow it seems. im looking to keep some reliability.

So for its holding up really good. The engine did suffer a failure but that was an oil pressure problem. Since it has new bearings everywhere now it is working great. Holding pressure at about 80 psi at idle and 125 at 10k. I daily drive it about 20 miles to and from work. This routine for the past 3 months or so. And yes those are hard driving 20 miles on the German Autobahn daily.

Rock steady.

what else did you do while you had it apart?

what other mods do you have done to it? are you running a carb set-up?

ArmyOfOne 06-20-2006 05:26 AM

Yes it is carbed. Holley 600 with Judge Itos carb modifications, Equal length header, RB 6 port manifold. Everything is port matched for best performance conditions(high intake velocity) no 6 port sleeves installed.

All we did was the porting and oil mods while the engine was apart. Nothing else. The power came from tunning, not expensive parts.

Remember this engine is doing this on all stock internals.

I am curious about your exaust ports. What did you change to increase the scavenging on the ports?

what kind of oil mods?

ArmyOfOne 06-22-2006 01:07 AM

Increased oil pressure and did Judge Ito's oil mods in the stickies section. And its still running the N/A oil pump not the Turbo II one.

I opened the port down and port matched a turbo II exhaust sleeve. Thats it!!
