What is the correct torque spec for the front pulley bolt for the 13B cosmo?
Since the engine is a hybrid between the FC and FD it could go both ways. Since it took over 300lb of force to get off, I torque the bolt back down to 180ft/pounds just like the FD motor. Is over torquing this bolt bad? I didn't remember to check the end float just to check. The engine is in the car but it should be too bad to check again. C |
Wouldn't worry about it.

B Thanks Brian. There is nothing like working on 2 projects at the same time and keeping it straight. |

The FD bolt is larger than the FC bolt, yes?
I'd torque it to the spec that matches the bolt size. |
