So would the RE handle more power than a 13BT?

So do you guys think the RE would be a better choice than the BT? Strength and power wise? How much would an REW install on my FC be? Is the REW the best 2 rotor? Like i said im looking to start of with lower numbers (400+ps) then move up to a better setup. I would like to know what would be the best engine to use that would hold a lot of power without problems. If there are things that i can do to strengthen my 13BT, can you guys tell me? I would appreciate that. I would also like to know where i can get brackets to setup a V mount in my FC. What turbo do you guys feel would best suit my needs? I was thinking of a T66, T04, 60-1(dont know if the 60-1 would give me the higher end power) Do you think i should get all new parts for the engine (rotor housings, rotors, etc) I would also like to know what i would need so that i can extend the RPM band without worry of blowing it. I saw gurumotorsports has a 2 peice E-shaft, hardened stationary gears, what else can i get? What else should i get? Thanks for the help.

stick with the 13bt, port it and put fd manifolds on. getting a different engine would just decrease your ratio between power and money.

If you swap in the REW stationary gears, the RE is JUST as strong as the REW motor and stronger than the BT. The REW runners can be ported larger than a fully ported FD engine, especially on the primaries. The only problem you may have w/the RE is finding replacement plates if needed. But core engines can be had much cheaper than an FD, in the neighborhood of $500-$600 which is about the cost of new housings which you should use if doing a rebuild anyway (ask me how I know!).
