" If no template" Put the housing on and the rotor in place to see how the corner and side seal ride....you shouldnt free hand cause you will chase a line.....umm dont ask.

with the WILD streetport I highly suggest the hurley engineering duplex sideseals are used. I've had 2 engines loose oem sideseals, with the WILDstreetport. Even after carefull attention being payed to the closing edge of the port. Hurley Enginerring sideseals are made of a seriously tough material. go to their site and read up on them. in my opinion, not worth the gamble when running a WILD streetport, on oem sideseals.

Ito Could you please explain the difference between your agressive street port compared to a extended race port with a 1/2 bridge?

Noise is not a problem with my Buddy Club exhaust. Although, smog is a concern though. I would love the brapidy-brap-brap and high rpm's but streetability is a must. I gotta have the zoom-zoom smile from a crotch rocket thrill ride as apposed to a bucking bronco can't tame my horse headache. I currently have A-Spec's 500R @ 1bar.

How many miles have you put on your engine since you ported it with his templet, and what kind of apex and side seals are you running.

Not sure about the miles, it was built 1.5 years ago. Stock 2mm seals and springs. The motor has taken 100 + runs on the dyno, lots of outings to the 1/4 mile track and plenty of street driving.
