I think that your intended path looks good.

I could say for sure If i saw them in person but it looks like you could go bigger on the secondaries if you wanted.

I wouldnt mess with the bottom of the port much more than just cleaning up the casting though.

Do you mean the bottom of the port runner or the bottom of the port opening into the combustion chamber? I'll have to look at how much space I have to go up on the secondaries...if I remember, there wasn't tons of room.

As promised, here are a few pics of the port runners after I've hogged them out a bit. The actual shape of the port inlet (LIM to block) has not changed. I've just opened it up on the inside, removed the casting and any noticeable restrictions. I've tried to "square" the runner internally as much as possible as well.

Here are the primaries. Stock on the left. I've take tons of material off the top as the casting was pretty bad, as you can see, in that area. I've circled and scribbled over the casting edge on the stock port (left) where I have removed material on the rigth primary port.

Another shot of the primaries from a slightly different angle. Looking up from a low angle.

On to the secondaries. Again, I removed all of the nasty casting flash and surface. I did recontour and remove material as well and again, I tried to add a bit of a more square runner length. I'm also making it as straight a shot as possible and smoothing the back wall for a more gentle transition into the back of the port as it makes it's turn and enters the engine.

Ok, here's one of my secondaries. Just roughed out. I'll have more images tomorrow when the sun is out and the light is better. Hard to shoot at f/32 indoors :-)

Here's a view with the stationary gear as reference to the port size. It's pretty big.

Looks good Michel but you have to eliminate that bumb you have in the arch.

It has to be concave not convex. You have plenty of meat there for more dont be shy

Killer pics though

You think so huh? It was really convex before and someone said that I could remove more material :-) I'm just a little bit on this side of chicken because if I do break through, I'll have a tough time getting one cosmo plate.
