Watching TechLive (TechTV's news show) when the idiot guy starts talking about how drifting is a controlled slide (so far so good), very entertaining to watch (check..), like a

car ballet (strange..but Check...) and done in FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CARS



i went off...I don't drift (look in my sig to see why), but I think it's damn kewl to watch, and you'd think they'd at least check their info...morons...

Yes it can be done in FF cars. Not by the "definition" of drift per say but I watched two Honda Civics at NIkko Circuit going crazy. They were in the Intermediate class and was doing the full firs and second corner and corner 4 the back corners are impossible to drift in a FF but the were making the *** hang in segments back there. It was entertaining and I got mad respect for those two guys. The cars were fast as hell too, blowing past a lots of hachi rokus.

yeah but sayin' drift is a sport for FF cars is like saying that cuz a few white boys are good that basketball is a white man's sport :P

 

I was suprided I was watching tech tv the other day and they had a drifting spot on...even interviewed Drifter XL from signal. that was cool.

 

that was one of the coolest drift vids i think ive ever seen.

 

i like that analagy, tech tv knows how to explain wtf a megapixel is or the next new technolog for ur fast new laptop but when it comes to car stuff its like talking to richard simmons about basketball "YOURE A PONY"
