I use a 3 jaw puller to press the bushings out. If you have a impact wrench, it takes about 2 mins. to do a bushing after the arm is in the vise. The only bushings that it can't be done to, is the rear one on the front A arms. You should be able to pick up a puller for about 20 bucks. If you where closer, I would be glad to lend a hand
