I'm going wednesday night

Wish me luck

hope I don't break anything

I doubt i'll lose to any cars there im just going against myself really so I can find out how fast the car is

Only problem is launching...this m2 clutch and light flywheel is a bitch to get going fast....seems like its either engaged or i burn it trying to feather it. Maybe a stiffer pressure plate and some clutch pedal adjustment would fix that. I have nitto 555 drs on my car but im not sure that I'll even heat them up since I can't launch worth a ****

on my last fd I pulled a best of 2.1 60 time on kumho supra street tires and that felt like I launched like a bat outa hell so that's how bad I am at launching!

I plan to run 16psi max with 3 gallons of 93 octane and half or maybe 1 gallon of some type of racegas not sure what octane they have.

tonight running 11psi I saw a knock reading of 196 on the commander isn't this REALLY high? Is something wrong maybe I shouldn't go to the track? The highest I'd seen previously was 135

Well all of you will care when I come back with videos so sit down!!!

This isn't just any FD here we're talking serious times...I'll either come home with broken **** or 11 second time slips I hope. Very low 12s will be a dissapointing feat.

yeh snook, a guy on "the other forum" apparantly ran an 11.7xx on et streets, stock twins and stock ports... blew out one of his axles though, so i assume he was launching like crazy. you might need to address your clutch if it has slipped since you got rid of that 300lbs of wieght in the passanger seat, lol.

wow that's really awesome

the track was closed so ill go this week

I don't want to break anything though and I doubt I can the way I know how to launch

The clutch problem was my fault...I finally figured out where it engages and I don't think I did any damage to it...its still new

That guy with the twins is making me look bad I dont think ill get that deep into the 11s if 11s at all.

Snook - What track are you going to. Where are you?

I am toying with going to Moroso Friday night and take advantage of this cool weather.
