One of Puerto Rico's top rotary engine builder and racer, Jose "Siquel" Torres is a man on a crazy mission. Here he takes this 1982 toyota starlet using a 3/4 chassis. Powered by a 13B and runs a blistering 7.0@192mph. truly insane. congrats to Siquel and all involved... enjoy the video..at the end of the video, he thanks every one involved, and then drives away... sick..
