First the mess with the intermediate tires, don't they know it rains in Brazil? Waether channel, Doppler radar?

What were they thinking when they wrote the rules? Winner is leader of race 2 laps before a red flagged race?

Would have been great if Bariccello had won, would have been great if Jordan team got a win, but the leader from 2 laps before, Idon't know you guys but I was not pleased at all.
