I'm pretty set on wanting to do a v-mount intercooler setup on my fc3s rx7 with a 13b-re cosmo engine. I was wondering what kinds of things i need or what i need to do to make it happen or if anybody knows of a kit out there for the fc rx7

you can go on the other forum and search for BlueTII. He did the v-mount setup and he did a nice write up on it too. Good luck with it and keep us updated.

BlueTII has an H-mount intercooler/radiator setup. For a V-mount setup you would need an intercooler and radiator that are small enough to fit in that configuration. You will have to take the measurements yourself to see how tall you can get them. You will also need new radiator hoses, ic piping, you will have to make the custom brackets to get them both to mount where you want. You must also consider where you want to put your oil cooler in this as well, this might cause you to also have to get new oil cooler lines if you move it. There is a bit involved. You should make your measurements first, so you can be sure that you can get a radiator and an intercooler that will fit.
