Default tips to keep the rotary cold

hey team, i spin yarns with the guys all the time here and there about good cooling systems, i havent overheated any of my rotarys in the past but if i were to enter the local burnout competition i want my engine to last the 3mins or so you get given to smoke the tyres, bit of a novelty here in new zealand .

im thinking an aluminium radiator?
a large electric fan that covers both the radiator and the oil cooler, oil being a 3rd of the engines temp.
also the size of the water pump pulley?? i know that the internal propellor can spin so fast that it stops circulating water but what size should that pulley be??

strong radiator hoses etc etc?
oil cooler fans i have heard of mini motox fans that can fit,

i dont have much experience with this sort of thing but would be good to know

Do they put a big fan in front of the car, like they do on the dyno? Like this:

*Flush your system well and make sure it's clean...no rust, setiment etc.
*Use as much distilled water to coolant as you can get away with in your climate
*Good ducting is as important as the fans themselves IMO.
*If you have forced induction..consider AI. Doesn't have to be fancy either. Just water-only.
*An efficient radiator is as important as size.
*I've tried the coolant additives...."Purple ice", Redline "Water-Wetter" etc. They didn't hurt anything, but honestly I never saw much difference in my indicated temps vs. without the additives. Just my .02.
*Probably won't make much difference in burn-out contests since you're not moving alot, but anything to reduce under-hood air pressure, i.e. a vented hood can't hurt. That will improve flow thru the radiator.

Unless your car is heavily modded, I doubt you will overheat it in 3 minutes. You shouldn't be using anywhere near full power just to keep the tires spinning.
