Timing Question
I have a second MSD 6A coming and I'm thinking of doing something along the lines of Mr. Hanover. It's a stock 88 n/a and I'm planning ahead for when I put in my half bridge. I'd like to prove my systems out so that I have minimal troubleshooting when the new unit is in. That's to address those that will tell me "it's not worth it."
Like I said, I got this idea from Mr. Hanover. Two MSD boxes, two Blaster DIS coils. Each coil runs a single rotor leading and trailing yielding no split. I would like to run the MSD boxes off the factory trailing triggers they'd adjusting the cas for 25 degrees BTC total.
My question is about the factory timing table; does the trailing timing do anything weird that this will hurt the motor?
