Finally got my bottle filled yesterday, $4.99 per pound at Shucks. I was a little worried because I'd heard all the stories about having to Recert your bottle every X-years (Some people said 5, some said 10). Shucks didn't care, said as long as it's a real Nitrous Bottle.

Anyway going to use it just to spray my intercooler. Wondering what anyone thought about this design:

I thought I'd just bend some brakeline in a hoop. Put a Tee on the end and connected that to my Nos line. Then drill some SMALL holes for it to spray my cooler. That work? Or should I use some sort of nozzle?

My Intercooler is pretty small, but it was the biggest one I could fit between my headlights.

Okay here is what I have created:

One end is closed and the other end goes to my NOS Solenoid

Should be effective with such a small Intercooler.

Just put a jet somewhere betrwwen the solenoid and the tubing. Otherwise it is going to empty out very fast.
