Looking for the best intercooler kit for a 87 FC TII. I have seen many. I like the new Greddy Kit as pictured at rx7.com Any one know a better one especially without alot of fitting problems.

Use the old-school GReddy front-mount kit. It's superior.

The older core is more efficient.

It's not a restriction but it doesn't conclusively mean they're better.

Everything I've heard and seen on the older GReddy front mount core suggests it's better, even if it's smaller than the newer one.

until you compare back to back. i don't know how you can say that. greddy wouldn't have made a new core and whole new design if it was worse.....atleast we hope not

the story i heard was they got tired of compaints about pressure drop so they removed all the internal fins from the core and just made the core huger. the new greddy kit does work just fine
