Eibach Springs

I'm thinking about buying springs. Does anyone have any specs for the eibach springs for the FD?
Spring rates? How much will it lower the car?
Any other suggestions for setup?
Can't afford coilovers right now. Setup I want is for everyday sporty ride (maybe autocross once in a while).

I believe they are front: 70/185 and rear:90/165
Lowering is one inch front and rear.
