It is definitely a partial bridgeport.

Just imagine the same setup but with a full bridgeport!!!

A car I wildly ported and polished made 701rwhp on just a large street port. This was on the FD engine. 2mm stock apex seals Haltech E6k 6 bar map sensor 40lbs of boost. engine was not extra pinned. Methanol fuel.
