If I go with 1600 cc Bosch secondary injectors on my 88 T2, can I (should I?) still use the stock fuel rail?

im pretty sure you have to modify the rail or injector
|
to use the OEM rail on a TII, you will need to modify the top of the injector.

Oh, goody! I see K2RD has one for a piddling $200. Let me just squat down here and grunt out a couple of hundred dollar bills... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

Modify fuel rail and put resisters in-between the injector clips and the harness. Do you have a stand alone ECU?

So the Bosch injectors are low impedance? Can I mix injector impedances with a standalone? What does the mod to the fuel rail entail? |
