thinking that after I have my fb running good and looking decent I might dig into my Nissan. am thinking of droping the SR20DET from the pulsar GTi-R in.

(has impressive #'s, with the stock 1.6 I have 107HP on a good day, the sr20 has close to 250 if I'm not mistaken)

Might be interesting, but just not sure if I should dump the 200SX and try to find another fb or fc....

Follow your instincts. We surely can't help you decide what's best for you. The Sentra will be fast with the SR20DET, but it's still going to be a Sentra at the ends of the day. FWD with lots of wheelspin from all that new found power. It's up to you to decide if it's worth the time, money, and effort to do this project.

You should get a 240SX and convert it.

There were fwd SR20s, plenty of them in fact. The NX2000 was a fwd SR20DE. So was the Infiniti G20 IIRC. As for SR20DETs in fwd, there were those too I think - the Pulsar GTi-R was SR20DET awd. So was the top model Bluebird. etc.

So no problem.
