stopped by whataburger on the way to work to get some potato egg and cheese taquitos and as i was getting in my car i see an r32 skyline on the road. i get in and leave quickly to catch up. i get behind him at the light and this thing is ugly, its dull black and looks all stock. its a gts-t. anyway we get going and when the road goes to 3 lane he gets on it. i get on it too trying to keep up and i didnt do too bad of a job, possibly had something to do with his car shooting more black exhaust than a diesel when he got on it. i keep with him for a ways at about 90 then he lets off, so i cruised on by. man that car was ugly but its still cool to see one on the road, plus its the first skyline ive seen in person. oh and this was all in the gslse.

haha yep, it was a gy named david's...... i posted about it awhile back, not exactly a fast car, i went for a ride then cruised with him and a 240 guy and my se was keeping near.

honestly, its to big of a car, felt like a boat and was not that quick, but due to it being a skyline, and being here in tyler, you know all the car kids go crazy over it

the GTS-T has the RB20DET, right? I like the idea of a 2 liter turbo straight 6, but the whole block is iron, it makes ~200 hp stock, and its not exactly sitting in the lightest of cars to begin with... if it were the full blown GT-R, now thats a different story. Puffing black smoke is a great accessory too.

Still, here in the US of A, you never see em, so its got the unique-factor working for it.

sorta off topic, with engine families like the RB's, do the RB20, RB25 and RB26 have identical blocks, just with more shaved out for the larger displacement engines, or are they cast differently and just share engineering commonalities?

But oh man, if you say anything remotely close to that in front of the "Fast and The Furious" crowd, you'll be told "You're just jealous!" in many different ways. But I agree, they don't appeal to me, body or power.

What the hell are you talking about, I said I like them. And how do you not like their power, they can make 1000awdhp on stock internals.

Excuse me, but when you say something is "sick" it makes me believe you think it sucks. Doesn't change my opinion, they don't spark any sort of interest from me.
