im not saying a clunk is nothing to worry about.

wow, i worked on a mazdaspeed 3 that had the wiper cowling clunk noise. thats a BITCH of a noise to find out.



that biggest problem with mazda 5's and 3's is there are so many "known to make noise" parts in the frontend that people always normally approach them the same way, strut mounts, control arms, sway bar links. it's somewhat rare when you run into a 3 or 5 and those items aren't the problem.
