I finally decided on getting a new 2007 Civic Si four door. And I'm sure people here are going to start ragging on me about it. But for the price, you actually get alot. Its very roomy, comfortable. Its reliable, gets decent gas milage. It has ok performance (its a stock Honda so its slow), has good handling, nice interior, and is actually fun to drive. I think is a great value for a new car. Everyone I show it to is surprised a Civic could be as nice as it is. And I think is looks pretty sick in white. Not an FD, but hey what is.

nice car! a buddy of mine has a 2-dr Si, and it's a pretty fun car. he's thinking of trading it in for the 4-dr Si because of the extra room and convenience of the four doors. personally, i think the 2-dr Si's are a helluvalot sexier, but i love having a four door car.

I think sometimes people forget that aside from the bad image they get from the modifying crowd, that honda actually make good cars.

Just for a laugh, check out what a civic is in Ireland: http://www.honda.ie/configurator/index.cfm...amp;bodyID=4261

My fiance has a 1997 Civic Hx and gets incredible gas mileage and is a VERY reliable car. I think a Civic is a pretty nice car.

I've had it for about a week now and I am very happy with the decision. I'm looking forward to doing some light mods to it, and autocrossing it, and posibily taking to track to do some laps. I like having a car I can drive to work everyday, and race on the weekends.

How about getting some tinted tails? If your interested I can get smoked vinyl overlays for you for free. All I need in return is some really nice quality pictures I can use to market the smoked overlays that I have for this car. Your white Civic looks nice.

Great choice! That thing will last you 25 years! And I had no clue the 4 doors were out now.

Thanks for the complements. The four dorrs came out only about two months ago. A lot of people are surprised when i mention a four-door SI. I still haven't seen another one on the street here.

Yeah that sounds cool. I'd love to see what they look like. If you can post some pics up, or you can email them to me at richkedra@netscape.net. I think they would look good on the car.
