hmmm have you ever seen that move "driven" ? they were racing f1 cars on the street, how frikin awsom would that be?! man, ok, i dont really like that movie but i ould reccomend it if you want to ee one of the coolest street racing scenes, but they were racing on the streets with f1 cars, its nice to see a movie with street racing in something besides a riced out civic or eclipse
well, that actually would have never been possible. 1. They were actually cart cars not f1(big difference), 2. they have no on-board starters so they never would have got them started. 3.even though they do race street coarses, the roads are smoothed as much as possible because these cars do not handle bumps well at all. 4. they were not wearing any helmets and at the speeds they were going, they would not have been able to see because of the pressure being exerted on their eyeballs. 5. acording to cart rules, all fuel in the car has to be pumped back into the fuel rig when the cars leave the track. I can go on and on, but i wont. Im not trying to be an ***, and your right, it is nice to see street racing scenes that are not riced out, unfortunatly everything about this moving basically defied the laws of physics and i just cannot get into it. If you want to see one of the best (real) street racing scenes, check out the movie RONIN, with Bob DeNiro.
