I attended my first F1 race at Indy last Sept. The acceleration and corning abilities of F1 cars exceeds my ability to believe my eyes when I just saw them do what they did.

The Porsche Supercup cars were utterly amazing as well.

I've attended 9 NASCAR races and 1 NHRA event. F1 rules. It is an event well worth attending.

We have a car mag over here called Autocar, and a year or 2 ago the editor was offered the chance to take a current unmodified f1 car around silverstone (Jaguar R3). This guy drives supercars for a living, and he was absolutely blown away with the jag - he said the f1 car made supercars like the Pagani Zonda feel Ford Fiesta slow. The week it came out they had a video of the whole thing on a cd, I had a look and can't find it on the internet, but if you can find it, it's definitely worth the download. The guys name is Steve Sutcliffe BTW.
