Seeing how the car doesn't run.....I think you should just tear the whole car down. Sell all those nice goodies you have to us for dirt cheap. Then go and buy the supra. Sounds good to me :bigok:

if i had the money I'd get a supra...
got to ride in my neighbors daily driven 11 sec single turbo supra...OMG the feeling was great. not to say an FD wouldn't pin you back in the seat just as far...but day in and day out without issues? hmmmmm
test drove a brand new 2001 Supra RZ in Tokyo...really liked it...i thought it handled great although i couldn't push it too hard...
like someone said it IS a toyota...build quality is excellent...

JT, "Supras dont have that strong of an engine" You are kidding right? A stock supra motor can (and does on several cars) make in excess of 900 rwhp. No flame here iI just think that when you tell a joke on line you should let the newbies know you are joking. I have a 97 Supra making 430rwhp, and a 400+ rwhp FC, I've spent plenty of seat time in modded Fds, FCs, and Supras, all are great cars, all have strengths, and weaknesses. The Supra is BULLETPROOF, anyone that says different has never owned one. Just like a seven, you can make any amount of HP you want if you have the cash. You can buy a 93-95 supra for 20-25k, spend 10k and have a bulletproof 750rwhp car(that weighs3600lbs)there are a couple hundred of these on the streets . You would have to make 560rwhp in an FD to get the same power to weight ratio. Not many people are making that kind of HP in an FD, race or daily driven. Bad gas, or overheat the RX7, and it can be time for a new motor. In a Supra it just retards the ignition a little and your on your way. My 4 year old son went into the glove box of my Supra and used the AFC to take out 50% fuel at 4000rpm. Everytime the car would hit boost(20psi) the car would stutter and almost stall. Found the problem, reset the AFC, no harm done. Try that in a rotary. On the flip side the RX7s are drivers cars, way more fun to drive at the limit because they are lighter, smaller, and better balanced. Given the same investment you could probably build to comparable cars, the difference is the Supra will be on the same motor 10 years from now, and the RX7 will not...
